Welcome to Rebel Princess, A Carrie Fisher Tribute Fansite. I've been a fan of Carrie for 40 years as an actress, an author, and as a mental health advocate. My heart broke when she died last year. She was bigger than life, so witty and smart, so outspoken and powerful, a spirit burning brighter that the stars. A true hero to us all.

Last night, Carrie won an award in the 2018 Teen Choice Award.

Carrie Fisher — “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”
This is not her first posthumously award. She has won 2017 OFTA Television Award’s Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series – Catastrophe, a 2018 Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album for “The Princess Diarist”, and 2017 Gay and Lesbian Entertainment Critics Association (GALECA)’s Dorian Award. She was also nominated for a 2017 Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series – Catastrophe, 2017 Gold Derby Award for Comedy Guest Actress – Catastrophe, and 2018 Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress – Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi.
